1. USACATALOG.us 50 State Domain Catalog system and five support sites are taking applications for State Catalog Execs. A State Catalog Exec will receive control of the State Catalog Domain , 24/7 domain support and be awarded the State Catalog Exec position after qualification by USACATALOG.us. The State Catalog Exec is solely accountable for the State Domain Catalog.

2. A State Catalog Exec Product Provider terms and price schedules must be approved by usa catalog.us in writing prior to publication.

3. DOCK-IT-EXPRESS.us is our network transfer system.

4. All applicants must be a citizen of the United States of America, speak USA English and at least twenty one years of age.

5. It is expressly understood that only products "MADE IN THE USA", certified by USACATALOG.us in writing may be published by the USA Catalog.us network.

6. The State Catalog Exec applicant must submit a resume with a signed copy of the USA Catalog.us Domain Policies. Upon written consideration submit to an Employment Eligibility Verification by E Verify a credit report and agree to all of the USA Catalog.us Domain policies including the Privacy, Warranty and Return product policies published on the USA Warehouse.us site. A STATE CATALOG EXEC IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. ALL COMPENSATION IS AGREED TO BY WRITTEN CONTRACT.

7. State Catalog Exec only authorized publication is USA Catalog.us domain network. Martofamerica.us is exclusive virtual product retailer. USA Warehouse.us and dock-it-express.us reserve all distribution rights.

8. State Catalog Exec are accountable for forwarding all Product Provider products on a Microsoft Excel Product Template for written approval to USA Catalog.us within three business days of receipt. All product errors and omissions are the responsibility of the State Catalog Exec

9. INTRODUCTARY USA CATALOG.us LIFE TIME CHARTER MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE $29.95. USACATALOG.us Membership Annual Dues are $35.00. DUES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

10. Upon acceptance the State Catalog Exec must apply for and obtain a F.I.N., State Sales Tax number in the State Catalog Exec name, in the event the FIN., and sales tax number verification is not received within thirty days, the State Catalog Exec approval will be canceled.

11. Upon issuance, a State Catalog Exec may resign the State Catalog authority at any time for any reason by giving written notice to USACATALOG.us. All domain income will be pro rated, the State Catalog Exec authority will revert back to USACATALOG.us.

12. All State Catalog Exec understand that PROFIT OR LOSS may result from the operation a State Catalog Domain . A State Catalog Exec must give written notice of reason to USACATALOG.us in the event the State Domain Catalog is not active for thirty days period. USACATALOG.us reserve the right to revoke the dormant State Catalog Exec authority.

13.USACATALOG.us may revoke a State Catalog Exec authority in the event a policy violation is not corrected in 30 days of written notice thereof. All domain income will be pro rated. The State Catalog Exec authority will revert back to USACATALOG.us on the date revoked. All State Catalog Exec debt or damages will be charged back to the State Catalog Exec.

14. Any deviation in policy must be approved in writing by USACATALOG.us.

15. All customer complaints, disputes, questions or comments received by the State Catalog Exec must be emailed to contactus@usacatalog.us for resolution. Copies of all correspondence will be forwarded to the State Catalog Exec upon written request.

16. USA catalog.us gross sales royalty of 7.5% will be assessed payable to The Bag Man.us, the creator, producer and owner of the USACATALOG.us network. A promotional fee of 2.5% will be assessed to the gross sales of usacatalog.us the exclusive publisher of all fifty state catalog domains and paid to usacatalog.us.
