Upon written approval the state catalog.us, example: (ohiocatalog.us) franchise will receive user name, password, authorized administrative domain access, potential client list, Go Daddy.com 24/7 domain support and be awarded the State Franchise after qualification, by USACATALOG.us. State Franchise Development Fee is $5000.00 per State Franchise payable upon written acceptance. The State Franchise total cost is .001 cent per person, based on the 2010 census per state. 13. All State Franchises understand that PROFIT OR LOSS may result from the operation a State Domain Franchise. A State Franchise must give written reason notice to USACATALOG.us in the event the State Franchise is not active for thirty days. USACATALOG.us reserve the right to revoke the dormant State Franchise.
14. Each State Franchise will have one vote on the STATE DOMAIN MARKETING TEAM. A State Franchise can be revoked by a two thirds vote of the State Franchise marketing team.
15.USACATALOG.us may revoke a State Franchise in the event a policy violation is not corrected in 30 days of written notice thereof. All domain income will stop. The State Franchise will revert back to USACATALOG.us on the date revoked. All State Franchise debt or damages will be charged back to the State Franchise owner.
16. Any deviation in policy must be approved in writing by USACATALOG.us.
17. All customer complaints, disputes, questions or comments received by the State Franchise must be emailed to contactus@usacatalog.us for resolution. Copies of all correspondence will be forwarded to the State Franchise upon written request.
18. All State Franchise agree that any dispute presented by a state domain will be arbitrated by THE STATE DOMAIN MARKETING TEAM, the final decision must be approved by a two thirds vote of the team. In the event a two thirds vote cannot be obtained in thirty days, USACATALOG.us. decision will be final.
19. A State Franchise may be SOLD. 20. A State Franchise may assign an AccountExec for each county in the Franchised State. The assigned AccountExec must meet all the qualification requirements of paragraph #7. Paragraph #11 does not apply to the AccountExec agreement. All State AccountExecs are the sole responsibility of the State Franchise Owner.
